Hoi An Hai Au Boutique Hotel, Hoi An

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, it has a fantastic location near the old town and the staff were genuinely nice and accommodating. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired with hard beds and noise from the hall and stairwell making it hard to get a good night's rest. The breakfast was disappointingly basic, and I wouldn't rate this place highly overall.

The pool is a refreshing option, and the breakfast is delightful. The location is convenient for exploring Hoi An but a bit far for some evening strolls. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, especially for families.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel located just outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi An's old town. The place was spotless, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the staff, especially Kate and Ruby, were genuinely caring and helpful.
